How does an e cig work?

    I have to say this is the easiest I’ve ever found giving up! From my point of view, there are 2 main reasons for this for the ‘hardened’ smoker like me – the ‘smoke’ and the hit at the back of the throat – both are extremely realistic and help to fool the brain that you are still smoking – the psychological aspect of giving up has never been well thought through with other nicotine replacement treatments! And after a day and a half of not smoking normal cigarettes, I’m already benefitting from clearer chest/breathing!

    This e-cig is a great alternative to my normal roll ups.
    At first I was a bit sceptical to how they work but trying one for myself, I have found that this has actually helped me cut down. And I have only had it 2 days!
    The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is the charger, it seems to lose it's connection with the battery if you move it, but left alone, it charges a treat!

    I wanted to try an electronic cigarette and went for this one because they said it was the most realistic. Well it fools most people from about 4 feet away, only when they are close can they tell the difference. Had a barman come over to me on the first night using it, he had never heard of them but when he saw it close up he was impressed.
