For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the person using this site shall be known as The Customer and the seller and operator of this site shall be known as Smart Smoker
Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund (less postage). We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 14 days unless they are faulty. Due to the nature of the product (hygiene) we reserve the right to charge for a replacement atomiser if it has been used.
To return an item you must email/call us and ask for a Returns Authorisation Number. Once you have this number please simply send the item back to us and we will process the return and refund if one is due upon receipt of the goods.
Our Refunds Policy:
Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Some notes about refunds:
* When you send your item back to us we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.
How Refunds Are Calculated
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information see Your Statutory Rights.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item to you as follows:
* where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge
* where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
We will not refund the cost of giftwrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
Items returned under the 7-day returns guarantee are treated as with the 'cooling off' policy.
Overseas customers are responsible for any customs charges imposed by their own government for importing any of our goods and are responsible for ensuring that they are able to import such goods as are ordered, Smart Smoker will not reimburse any such charges.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
By using this site you acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademark and other property rights of all materials are made available as part of your experience of using the site and remain the property of Smart Smoker at all times. Any use of these trademarks etc may only be used with the written permission of Smart Smoker.

Smart Smoker will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind express or implied statutory or otherwise regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website Smart Smoker will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and Smart Smoker accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.
Smart Smoker will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent on negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the terms and conditions for any:
Economic losses, (including without limitation loss of revenues, data, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or anticipated savings.
Loss of goodwill or reputation.
Any other losses incurred.
Smart Smoker shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions or any related order for products to any third party unless agreed upon in writing by Smart Smoker.
Smart Smoker does not share your information with 3rd party companies.
