UK Deliveries
We aim to despatch all orders within 4 working days (Mon-Fri)
Within the UK it is sent via 'Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery' service.
Dependent on value the postman may need a signature upon receipt, if you are not at home when they call they should leave a card rwith instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collection, the local sorting office will only hold the parcel for 7 working days (UK) before returning it to our offices so it is important that you act, should it be returned to us as not collected we will resend it upon receipt of postage payment.

International Deliveries
We will despatch to any address in the world. Again we aim to despatch within 4 working days.
Within EU it is sent via 'Royal Mail First Class International Signed for' (which can take between 3-7 working days)
Within Rest of the World it is sent via 'Royal Mail First Class International Signed for' (which can take between 5-7 working days)

Upon delivery the postman will need a signature upon receipt, if you are not at home when they call they should leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collection, the local sorting office will only hold the parcel for 15 working days (EU), 30 working days (ROW) before returning it to our offices so it is important that you act, should it be returned to us as not collected we will resend it upon receipt of postage payment.

Returns

We will accept an unused item for return for any reason within 14 days, even if you have just changed your mind, you will normally be refunded within 5 days less postage element. If you have a faulty item we will send you the relevant spare part rather than returning the full product.

Please note that ANY used items cannot be returned for hygeine reasons, only unused items, this includes boxes of cartridges along with the e cigarette. If an element of the kit is not working then please contact us for a replacement.

Should you wish to return an item please first obtain a return authorisation number by contacting us at store@smartsmoker.co.uk quoting your order number and name/address.

Warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty on all our products with the exception of Batteries, Atomisers, Cartomisers and Clearomisers which are considered consumables but still come with a 3 month warranty.
