Q:   What exactly is an electronic cigarette ?

A:   It is a device that looks like a cigarette and fulfills the needs of a smoker in areas where normal smoking is banned

Q:   So how does an electronic cigarette fulfill the needs of a smoker ?

A:   The cartridges contain nicotine which satisfies the cravings and also produces a "smoke" which is in fact a tobacco flavoured water vapour, so the smoker gets all the   good things he would get from a traditional cigarette without the need to stand outside.

Q:   So if they are not actually lit are they legal to smoke in public places ?

A:   Yes they are completely legal to smoke anywhere, the Health Act of 2006 states ”Smoking includes being in possession of lit tobacco or of anything lit which contains tobacco or being in possession of any other lit substance in a form in which it could be smoked”. As your Smart Smoker is neither lit nor contains tobacco it does not fall under this law.

Q:   How long will I have to wait for my Smart Smoker to be delivered ?

A:   We aim to despatch all orders within 4 working days normally 24 hours.

Q:   What do I get in my starter kit ?

A:   Your electronic cigarette starter kit contains everything you need to get you going, 1 complete electronic cigarette, a spare battery, mains charger, 6 cartridges of mixed strengths and full instruction leaflet. (Dependent on kit purchased)

Q:   The cartridges, how long do they last ?

A:   On average we find that a cartridge will last about the same as 12-14 ordinary cigarettes, although this does vary from smoker to smoker.

Q:   How do the costs compare to that of smoking ordinary cigarettes ?

Q:   And are they available in different flavours and strengths ?

A:   Yes they are available in high, medium, low and no nicotine and we permanently stock Tobacco and Menthol flavours in all the strengths and can get many others to order.

Q:   Can I use other manufacturers cartridges and accessories ?

A:   No, you are only guaranteed compatibility if you purchase your cartridges and accessories from Smart Smoker or the outlet you purchased it from.

Q:   How long do the batteries and atomisers last ?

A:   They are both considered consumables but are guaranteed for three months. E cig spare atomisers and batteries are available separately to purchase as spares from our website, and are inexpensive.

Q:   And who are Smart Smoker ?

A:   Smart Smoker are a limited company who specialise in the supply of electronic cigarettes exclusively, we do not carry any other items, we feel it is better for the customer to deal with specialists in electronic cigarettes.
