Electronic cigarette cartridges are refills for the e-cigarettes. Each cartridge contains only water, propylene glycol and nicotine, with tobacco flavouring and an added membrane to suspend the ingredients. None of the ingredients found in these cartridges contain any of the harmful substances generally found in traditional cigarettes, they do however contain nicotine.
