E cigs get round hospital smoking ban

Smoking has been banned from the grounds of most hospitals in Wales. In January, three North Wales NHS Trusts introduced loudspeaker messages to stub out smoking. Even the lighting of a match in their vicinity will trigger an alarm and loudspeaker message telling them to stop. Now health boards in South Wales have followed suit. [...]
