I switched to e-Cigarettes after years of trying to give up on Tobacco Cigarettes. To begin with I usd Nicotine Patches but I always failed when I got to the point of no longer wearing a patch, it was the final push too far.

My Doctor advised me that although the Nicotine is Addictive it was much less harmful for me to be on the patches than the Tobacco Cigarettes so advised me to continue on the patches for as long as I wished “ad infinitum”!

I figured if I was going to continue my Nicotine habit I may as well go on to the e-Cigarette and get the enjoyment of the Hand to Mouth action and the satisfaction of the Inhale – Exhale cycle at the same time! I AM much healthier and my Cholesterol levels have halved… surely this can only be seen as a good thing!

I stopped smoking six months ago, I miss smoking but I dont want to go back to nicotine now that I am clear from the addiction. However, I a pretty miserable and miss smoking. I am interested in the nicotine free cigarettes, having smoked malboro lights for years, I know I wont find anything that tatstes the same, esp if nicotine free, but I wondered if you could recommend anything in particular.

Also on nights out I am always tempted to have a ciggie, this will stop e being tempted.

Could you let me know the best alternative for me?

Thought it was the Smartsmoker one when I saw it, slightly more realistic than most available, I have had one for about 12 months, now all I need is some of my namesakes millions and his good looks and I will have cracked it.

I started with a 510 and think they are one of the best products to enter the e-cig market.

I think as you continue to vape (smoke a smokeless cigarette) you tend to not care weather it looks like a cigarette anymore and you move onwards and upwards (bigger and better)

But it is a must to start with something that you feel comfortable with and the 510 offers both familiarty and only attracts a little attention.

Governor Schwarzenegger was cool, not he has become adorable, lovable and more. He has ruled against the FDA point in the Bill which was to ban electronic cigs from the State.

Beyond any trace of a doubt, the Governor has taken the right decision. FDA and all those against electronic cigarettes are just trying to save their dough in the tobacco industry. Ecigs are better, deliver the same nicotine hit and using them, you can stop smoking almost immediately. Who would not want his city’s people to adopt a safer alternative.

I’ve been a smoker for about 25 years now. I’m used to smoke about 20 to 25 cigarettes a day. I changed to these e-cigs this month. I did it completely, So I didn’t smoked any regular cigarette any more. I use up to 2 medium cartridges a day (1,5 to be exact). I even visited a party where a lot of smokers attended, and I didn’t used any regular cigarette.

The only thing I currently miss; the 5minutes break outside at the door at work
